September saw 65 home sell in Santa Clara as the market continued to pick up. October also shows no signs of slowing down either as Santa Clara homes continue to sell quickly. In my last two listings Hillsdale and San Rafael I have had multiple offers, the open houses were crowded, and even listings that were previously quiet are getting more and more traffic. Buyers seem very anxious and persistent to go out and buy a home. Inventory however has creeped its way back up above 90 homes after breifly going down as low as 70 homes.
