We had a great turnout last week at our neighborhood ice cream social. About 70 neighbors stopped by to view our new listing, enjoy some great ice cream and conversation about life, kids, and real estate. We had a guess the sale price contest and will announce the winner of a $25 Amazon gift card.  More importantly we got neighbors out of their house to mingle on a beautiful Friday evening.
