New listings are being absorbed faster than they are coming on the market. As a result, our listing inventory has been declining in the last few months.
Inventory is cyclical. It goes up in the Spring and tops out generally in the Summer. It starts to wane in the fall and drops to the lowest levels in the winter. What we are experiencing now is not typical of our normal cycle.
