Vinnie did a great job selling our house in Santa Clara. He took care of everything. He organized the work to update a few things like paint, lighting, and staging. We were able to stay in the house while it was listed. He knew exactly how to price it to get the most out of the sale. We got more than we wanted by quite a bit.
