My husband and I decided to retain Mr Brasil as our selling Agent because we could see first hand what an excellent job he did when he sold our neighbor’s home. First of all, we liked the fact that he was not pushy. He took the time to explain to us all the steps that he will take to sell our condo: market analysis, inspection, repairs, staging, open house, offers’ analysis and finally closing of the sale. We also liked the fact that we didn’t to have to hire anybody for the repairs or cleaning or staging since Mr Brasil took care of everything for us. Everything was done in a very professional way, the contractor did a good job at fixing what needed to be fixed and the staging was really nice (almost make me want to move right back). When the offers came in, Mr Brasil went over all of them with us, and gave us a good analysis for each one, as for us to take the best possible decision. Following that, the sale of our condo went smoothly. We were very pleased with Mr Brasil services and we are certainly recommending him to our friends who are thinking of selling their property.
