We were very impressed with Vinicius’ expertise and responsiveness during our experience. We put an offer in on a house with the contingency that we had to sell our house first so it was really stressful. But Vince was fast and professional and sold our house in record time for 200k above listing. And he negotiated a great deal with the house we bought and helped us with the purchase of that house in a multitude of ways. He went above and beyond and was out there checking on the house we were buying all the time. We will be moving into the new house in two weeks and I feel that he has gone out of his way to make sure it is safe for me and my family and now we have a little saving after everything is said and done because he sold our house for so much.
