Working with Vinicius Brasil was an absolute masterclass in real estate excellence. From day one, he brought an unmatched level of organization, deep market knowledge, and wise, strategic guidance to the table. Beyond his sharp expertise, Vinicius is exceptionally approachable and cordial—making what can easily be a stressful process feel seamless, transparent, and completely under control.

I cannot recommend Vinicius “Vinny” Brasil and The Brasil Group highly enough. After my uncle passed away, I was tasked with selling his home from out of town. Since I don’t live in the area, I needed an agent I could completely trust, and Vinny went above and beyond. From the start, he set clear expectations and met every single one, even with changing market conditions. He handled all the heavy lifting: when I needed a dumpster, he had it there.

You definitely need someone who knows how to play the listing/sale price game and Vinnie knows the market. We recommend the Brasil Group.

Vinicius Brasil was the first one I met, and after his presentation, I knew I wanted to work with him. He communicates well. He listens well. I liked his ideas and approach.

We had such a great experience selling our home with Vinicius! From the start, we could tell he was great at communicating and connecting with

My husband and I had a wonderful experience working with Vinicius and his amazing team on the sale of our San Jose home. The entire process was surprisingly effortless and exceeded our expectations! Vinnie was outstanding—always friendly, proactive, and kept us informed every step of the way during the bidding and closing process. We felt completely comfortable handing over the keys to our home and moving cross-country, knowing Vinnie would manage everything with care and professionalism. We highly recommend The Brasil Group to anyone looking to sell or buy a home. Thanks to them for making this such a positive and memorable experience!

My sister and I recently used Vinicius Brasil to help us sell our mother’s home in Santa Clara, CA. He was very professional and efficient in helping us prepare and market the home. He had lots of great ideas for minor (and surprisingly inexpensive) remodeling that really made all the difference in selling the house. Vini has a great business model for preparing homes for sale that works. He did a wonderful job for us, and I highly recommend him.

Vinicius sold a home for us in early February 2025 and was thorough, responsive, and efficient. His knowledge of the area surpasses that of other realtors in the area. He not only does his job well, but actually cares about the clients.

It has been a pleasure working with Vinicius Brasil and his team on the sale of our Santa Clara home. He is a very experienced real estate professional and is also a genuinely warm and friendly person that made the whole process very easy. His team staged and photographed our home in a very professional manner. And as an added bonus, Vinicius helped arraign some bridge loan financing that really saved us a ton of money and hassle purchasing our new home. He and his team earn 5 stars in our book!

Working with Vinicius to sell our house in Santa Clara was a fantastic decision, especially since it was our first time selling a property…We’re thrilled with the outcome and would definitely recommend Vinicius to anyone looking to sell their home. His thoughtful approach and dedication to his clients are truly commendable.

You can trust you’ll get top dollar – which we did. If we had another property to sell, we wouldn’t hesitate to call Vinicius.

He is very personable, knowledgeable and his timing on putting the house on market was right on the money. His whole team was very professional and helpful.
