I began my real estate career 10 years ago and initially chose to focus on Santa Clara, where I grew up. I still love Santa Clara and literally know every street in that dynamic city. However, I have also branched out to the surrounding areas, including Mountain View, Los Altos, Sunnyvale, Cupertino, Saratoga, Palo Alto, Menlo Park, and even as far as San Carlos, Milpitas, Fremont, and San Jose. It is so fascinating that each city in Silicon Valley brings with it its own personality and uniqueness. I like exploring each city’s differences and discovering what city might be the best match for a particular client. There is so much this rich, diverse area encompasses, and I truly believe there is a wonderful and perfect house waiting for each of my clients.
My personal interests include “green” construction, and I am often looking for ways to help my clients renovate their homes in a fashion that will leave less of a “footprint” on our delicate environment. Taking care of our natural resources is a value of mine, and I look for ways to suggest construction improvements in my listings which are both cost-effective for sellers and desired by buyers, through utilization of sustainable practices, including usage of whole house fans, energy conserving lighting, and low water usage plumbing fixtures.
I also have a technical interest and experience in construction and construction management. I enjoy personally selecting tiles, flooring, carpet, fixtures, etc. for my clients when desired, and I take great care in budgeting, keeping on a scheduled timeline, and organizing and supervising the entire renovation process for my clients who wish to update their homes before placing them on the market to maximize their values. I have a team of reliable, trustworthy, and ethical people who I have been blessed to work closely with who I am proud to call not only my colleagues, but my friends. Over the years, I gained a new appreciation and eye for interior design as I studied market trends, new development communities, and worked in depth with home inspectors and staging professionals to acquire more industry knowledge of what essential components clients may want for their homes.
The most fulfilling part of my job as your agent is to know I did my best in service to you, to help you sell or buy a house.
