We first met Vinicius thru his assistant Thomas in late Fall 2014. At our first meeting we let him know we wanted to sell but it would be in early Spring of 2016. He was okay with that and told us about his services which included fixing up our home both inside and out, staging it for sale and finally selling it. Not wanting to live thru renovations and finding a contractor to do them, for us this was a god send. After visiting several of his open houses we knew that Vinicius could deliver on his promises. We kept in touch over the next 18 months and received an estimate for the repair and a timeline for the work. Finally the end of May we moved 350 miles away and Vinicius began working his magic. He stuck to the agreed 8 week timeline and budget. The results were that our 61 year old house where we had lived for 25 years never looked better. The home sold in 12 days for 9% above asking. The entire time we were kept informed and saw pictures of the renovations and our closing was without issue. We would highly recommend Vinicius as a realtor. He is honest, trustworthy and knowledgeable and definitely makes his clients transition to their new life (in our case retirement) a lot less stressful.
