The average price of a home sold in January 2018 is now $1,450M ($1.475 MEDIAN) with an average price per sq. ft of $1,003 ($937.5 MEDIAN). Of the 25 homes sold on January, 21 of them sold for more than asking price. The very low inventory for the season has resulted in a very unbalanced market.
